The products in the pricing matrix on the next page represent the most popular of our stationery items. Still, they represent a small fraction of those we can create for you. If you don't see exactly what you need, please ask us to create a custom product for you.

ABOUT OUR STOCK
Paper stock can be confusing. Basically we use five kinds;

Book stock is similar to the pages of a quality magazine. We offer 80# and 100# gloss book and 100# matte book in our promotional tools section.

Cover stock is a more rigid paper, like the cover of a high-quality paperback book. We use 14 point gloss cover and 12 point matte cover in our business cards. Both are much heavier thicker and more rigid than their book stock cousins.

Opaque stock is a very flat white uncoated sheet that allows relatively "read-through." It is available in 60# and 70# weights and good for every-day business letters.

Premium Smooth stock is an uncoated stock with a slight "tooth" caused by its cotton rag content. It is used for more formal business applications.

Premium Linen stock is an uncoated stock with a linen texture and a cotton rag content. It is preferred by some for formal business applications.

ABOUT OUR ENVELOPES
Stock envelopes can not be printed with "bleed" colors. All envelope printing on or price matrix refers to "face" printing without bleeds. If you have a special need for over-all or bleed printing on envelopes, we can create a custom-converted style for you. This is usually practical in quantities over 50,000 units.

ABOUT OUR PRINTING
All our products are printed on state-of-the-art, four color process, sheet-fed presses. Four-color process, simply means "full-color." Some of our products offer a small added economy by printing black and white only or black and a PMS® color. PMS stands for Pantone Matching System and refers to a systems of color formulas used by printers. These are designated on our price list.

The prices in our matrix assume that you will provide a fully composed, high resolution PDF of your product in CYMK format with all type embedded and industry standard color, trapping and bleeds correctly indicated. Our highly skilled design team is available if you need assistance with these requirements. Alternatively, we can compose your entire project, supply both product and atmospheric photography, illustration and text composition at very attractive rates. ABOUT OUR DELIVERY
All products are printed in our modern Riverside, California plant and shipped via UPS Ground service. Normal UPS charges will be added to your invoice. If your product is shipped to an address in California and is not designated for "resale," California Sales Tax will also be added. To avoid disappointment, we normally quote 7 days from your final approval to the date of shipping, but we frequently ship much faster. If you are under stringent deadlines, we can arrange both rush services and shipping at a moderately higher cost. Please call or e-mail your requirements. We will respond promptly.

TERMS
All sales are FOB Riverside, California. PayPal invoices, including shipping and tax will be rendered and must be paid prior to processing. Open accounts may be established by completing our Application for Open Account.
